📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

💸 Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or arranged if you paid via Cash on Delivery).

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we cover the return cost.
• For other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
